Terms of Service

General

1. Any use of my commission works outside my clients and I is extremely prohibited.
2. Please be polite. As a client and seller, I hope we can establish a good relationship with each other!
3. To commission me, please provide a clear reference. If there will be an additional information, please provide photo references or clear lists of items.
4. And lastly, I have the right to decline a commission/offer.

ToS

1. My working time estimates around 3-6 weeks period. If there is a problem in my schedule, I will contact you immediately. You can check your commission status in the status tab.
2. First come, first serve. However, there will be priority listings. If the client requested to be put into priority list, please give me your deadlines and details (OFC will be charged according to how tight the deadline is). As for the other clients, I will notify about the schedule change.
3. I will do revision after every steps (sketch, lining, coloring, and final rendering). More revision will be charged $3 each.
4. I will only accept full cancellation before sketching period. After sketching period, commission is non-refundable
5. There will be DP (down payment). This is made to avoid scams. DP will be executed once sketching period starts. Before sketching, I will ask you to pay DP first which is around 30% of the original price. If I haven't received the DP within 3 days, I will cancel the commission.
4. I will receive full credit of my artwork and I will post the watermarked and low resolution artwork in my social media account/portfolio.
5. You will receive JPEG/PNG files with 350 DPI resolution. You can request other file types or resolution but NOT the working file type (.csp, .psd, .sai, etc.).

Pricings

1. Pricings MAY CHANGE, according to the difficulties of the commission.
2. I will receive payment through PayPal. If you don't have PayPal, we can try finding other ways too!
3. For commercial uses, you will be charged x2.5 the original price.
4. DP will be 30% of original price and will be paid before the commission starts. I will confirm to you when I will start the commission.
5. Additional characters will charge 50% of original price. Additional props/companions will charge $5- $10.
